CM says State can establish fast-track courts
Following a spurt in rape cases, the Haryana government is mulling over enacting a legislation for grant corporal punishment to those guilty of raping ladies aged twelve and below.
“We can enact a law to produce for corporal punishment for those found guilty of raping ladies aged twelve years or below. Besides, we are going to create letter of invitation for fitting fast-track courts for addressing rape cases to confirm speedy justice to the victims,” Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar same on Sabbatum.
